Who shouldn't do breathwork?
It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
What do group sessions look like?
In our group sessions, we tap into the power of collective energy to shift and release what’s holding us back. Being witnessed by others and experiencing the group consciousness allows for deeper authenticity, giving each person permission to release and feel more. We use the same breathwork activation, energy work and sound healing but in this shared space, we benefit from how the energy of others activates healing within ourselves. It’s a powerful opportunity to show up for your own growth, supported by the shared journey of the group.
