I tend to hold things in: my words, my feelings, my experiences. In my breathwork session with Heidi, I felt safe to release those things. She helped develop my trust in her and the process she guided me through. Within the session, I connected to areas of recurring tension in my body and was able to consciously release them with the breath. After my session, my awareness has shifted. I am able to recognize when I'm holding my breath or my body in an uncomfortable way, and I'm able to breathe and release just like I did in the session. I am grateful for the care Heidi takes to explain this method of breathwork and that she checks in the next day to see how I'm integrating what I experienced. -Jessica
